500ml bottle containing 75g of fruity Madagascan cacao nibs, Hand roasted in Dorset!
Fill the bottle with alcohol, we recommend, gin, vodka or rum and leave to infuse for 3-8 weeks in a cool, dark place. Shake frequently. The flavour will change daily. When you are happy with the flavour strain off the nubs and pass the liquid through a muslin cloth. Your chocolate infusion is now ready to drink!
